The Baudelaire Bastille Hotel is perfectly situated, between Place de la Bastille and Gare de Lyon : walking distance from Bercy arena, and is a 15 to 20 minutes ride to the Stade de France (direct trains) or the Olympia theater (direct subway).
The Bastille area is very safe and is now the best in Paris for nightlife. Several restaurants and bars will host our Glimmer Gatherings. Considering its "a la mode" status and its central situation, prices in these surroundings remain quite affordable.
The Glimmer Rates at the Baudelaire Bastille should be around 62 Euros per night per double room. There are also some (limited availability) single, triple (75 euros) or quadruple (94 euros) rooms. Breakfast with fresh baguette and croissants is listed at 6 euros per person but should be kindly offered to glimmers.

The Trois Gares Bastille Hotel is also in the Bastille district, but in quieter
surroundings. Near Paris harbour (see the picture above) and the banks of the
Seine River, it's a very convenient place also. You will be in this hotel if
the #1 is full or if you ask for its quietness.

The Volney Opera Hotel is close to the Olympia Theater. Glimmer will pay 90
Euros for a twin or double room, which is exceptionnally reasonnable for this
district which is usually the most expensive in Paris.

The Little Regina Hotel is highly recommended to those who prefer to stay near
the Stade de France. This hotel is the former '98 Glimmer Hotel, also known
as Little Queenie Hotel. Near the Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord (railway stations),
it is specially interesting for those who wish to remain in Paris for some time
after the Stones Week.
