Ladies and Gentlemen,
This email cancel and replace the other received in may the 22th.
We sent to you an email in which we had fixed the date of collection of your
bracelets in july the 11th. These bracelets will allow you to attend the concert
at the Olympia Building on friday 11th of july 2003, 8pm.
Following reception of numerous emails, you can now collect your bracelets on
thursday 10th of july 2003 AND also on friday 11th of july 2003.
Please see the following procedure :
- Every member of the audience must come before the concert starts and must
draw their bracelets, with the tickets which have been sent by mail,
· On July 10th between 10am and 5pm
· On july 11th between 09am and 3pm
directly at the Olympia cash boxes , 28 Bd des Capucines 75009 Paris.
- Each purchaser HOLDER of the credit card used to order tickets and his accompanist,
must present themselves and must provide their tickets to get their bracelet.
- Each purchaser must provide his credit card used when the tickets have been
bought, and his identity card with his picture on it ( National Identity Card
- passport - Driving Licence ) And must provide this email (print it) with his
tickets to get a private bracelet which allows him to
have the run of the show.
- The evening of the concert, everybody must provide their tickets and their
bracelets to be allowed to attend the concert . The bracelet mustn't be taken
off or damaged before the concert starts for fear of refusal to attend it.
- These conditions of distribution are impressive and can not be modifiable.
Particular case (in addition to above) :
- In case of loss, theft or expiry of your credit card or identity card, thanks
to provide us ALL written proof from your bank, police station...
- If you offered the tickets to others persons, thanks to give them the following
documents : a copy of credit card, identity card and a certificate of handing
over the tickets. All these documents from the original purchaser.
Your cooperation in following this procedure will ensure that this very special
concert will be a success for all fans and yourself.
